I have been in the Insurance Industry for almost 6 years now and I enjoy working closely with clients to make sure their insurance needs are met at all different stages of their lives. Predominantly focused on customer service roles, where I earned a reputation for delivering excellent customer service. I speak Korean, English, and Filipino which could benefit those who may be struggling to understand the intricacies of Insurances.

l currently hold New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5 Life and Health Insurance).
