Throughout the majority of my career I have been involved in creating and executing processes that streamline and assist client queries to a desirable outcome.

I have had 10 years in the General Insurance sector and over 10 years experience in Client Services.

I moved into Personal Risk insurance and to this team in particular as I know the focus is on making a real impact for our clients. This resonates with me.

Especially when it comes to assisting in Claims and providing amazing advice for the benefit of Clients.

Outside of working life; I love a good book and aspire to see something I've written; bound in pages and enjoyed out there.
